  I went in to have my new iPhone set up and my information transferred from old phone to the new phone. The customer representative that was helping me seemed as though I was a inconvenience for her. She wasn’t listening to what I needed and did not get off the stool to show me the assorcerries for my phone. I left frustrated and not really knowing anything about my phone. Very disappointed
