  I was in a bad jam yeaterday with a tire that was splitting open on my cargo trailer. Gratefully, thesengood folks dropped what they were doing and took care of the problem immediately and had me on my way again in no time. Being a business owner myself, I fully understand the reason and need for minimum charges & appreciate the owner being up-front about it. That’s fair enough and I agreed to it ahead of time. That said, it was a little steep for no more than what was involved, but compared to what it could have cost me in terms of needing Road Service in some remote place down the road, it was still the best alternative in a situation with not many good choices. I also appreciate finding out I had bearing issues from the mechanic, which will be attended-to today. Your helpfulness yesterday was deeply appreciated.
