  Sometime from April 2nd to April 5th I went and bought two digital copies; one for me and one for my son. I got myself the movie Logan, I got my son the Lego Batman movie. I purchased them didn't bother to look at it at the store; when I come home to redeem it or download it I noticed that I have the movie Logan lucky not the movie Logan. Not the movie that I selected. on top of that when I try to redeem my son's Lego Batman movie I have to download a third party app for him to watch his movie on his tablet and also he has to be connected to Wi-Fi to watch it and that's only with the Lego Batman movie I have bought other digital copies from a different Family Video in Big Rapids Michigan I bought five or six digital copies there and they all went to my Google account all those movies that I bought Nut Job 2 Ice Age Ghostbusters Detroit all saved on my Google account and I can watch them offline off Wi-Fi my son can watch his movies offline off Wi-Fi I didn't have to download no third party app. they really should make people aware of the digital copies that are sold there. "You may need to download a third party app. And you may only watch your digital copy on Wi-Fi or data services. " no one ever said. Very disappointed. Other than that good staff, good selection. But still a Bad experience
